PF Chang’s Defenseman Danny Heath joins Tri Cities Storm in the USHL for the remainder of the 2007-08 season.

On Sunday, January 13th members of the P.F. Chang's U18AAA and U16AAA Hockey Teams along with family and friends donated their time and encouragement to the nearly  36,000 athletes that participated in the P.F. Chang's Rock 'n' Roll Arizona 1/2 Marathon.  

In an effort to promote hockey in Arizona and provide a positive environment where young men and women learn the importance of teamwork, sportsmanship and goal-setting, Brian Miller has been selected as this season's player recipient.

Congratulations to PF Chang's U18AAA forward Kyle Beattie and defenseman Philip Samuelsson who were selected in the USHL 2007 Futures Draft held October 3, 2007. Beattie was selected in the first round by the Omaha Lancers and Samuelsson was selected in the second round by the Chicago Steel.

Occasionally we at the PF Chang’s Hockey Program encounter players from out of state wishing to play hockey here in Arizona at an elite level. This is where billet families enter into the picture.  The billeting concept is something of a hockey tradition, and is especially important at the junior level of hockey. It involves host families opening their homes to out-of-state or out-of-country players, and provides an opportunity for these young men to pursue the next step in their developing hockey careers.

13 players from the PF Chang's Hockey program attended USA Hockey National Select Festivals during the summer of 2007.

As a nationally recognized program we want to offer our players a state of the art facility to train and further their development as they strive to achieve their career goals. The Ice Den definitely provides that opportunity.”

Dr. Pat Rabot and Dr. Dana Seltzer will provide medical support to the PF Chang's Hockey Program.
